Molchanovs Wave 1 ~ SSI Freediver Programs
These entry level freediving certification programs take minimum 2 days to complete. They include:
2 open water sessions
2 pool/ confined water sessions
6 Theory modules
Teaching beginner free divers about safety, breathing and equalisation techniques.
maximum depth 20m
Option to complete this course over 3 days and include a 3rd open water expedition session where we use the practical skills developed during the course in a fun dive setting exploring the reef and surrounding wildlife of Maldives. Depending on seasonality and weather this trip may include diving with friendly Nurse sharks, Rays, Turtles, dolphins and more.

ready to take your freediving to the next level? These intermediate level freediving certification programs take minimum 3 days to complete. They include:

Teaching intermediate freedivers how to further their skills, increase breath hold and reach greater depths with confidence.

Our 3rd open water session will be conducted as part of a Half day marine life expedition, where we will apply the skills learned during the course in a fun dive setting. Depending on seasonality and weather this trip may include diving with friendly Nurse sharks, Rays, Turtles, dolphins and more.
